pier 70

this was brought to my attention last week a woman approached me in concern for answers and help at pier 70 on columbus blvd aside of walmart and behind old navy about the cat colonies there , she said they are suppossed to be fed and and taking care of neuter and release program was involved but seems no one has been back there its getting cold and its a mess down there i wanted to get a cleanup going down there with help of volunteers and just wanted a head count so i go ahead and plan this , if u would like to help and know of any one just post a message , thank u janine
